Antoine has over 42 years’ experience in various food and other service industries around the world.

Antoine spent more than 2 decades as top executive in companies like Courdeau Nigeria, Eko Hotels &
Suites – Lagos, Nigeria, Eat N Go Limited, Java house, Allied and WOW Creamery among others.

He is always aiming at new challenges and taking lead in setting up new companies or expansion plans
for existing ones.

Antoine is a leader that believes in working with people. His records are well known in the industry.

Lately, he established 2 companies in 2021 Allied Food & Confectionary Services, the master franchisee
of BURGER KING® in Nigeria and WOW creamery that operates Kinglace and Icedream ice cream in
Nigeria.

Between January 2014 and June 2019, he held the position of Managing Director of Eat N Go limited
(Nigeria) – Master franchisee for Domino’s pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry.

He took over that company with 8 combined stores and expanded it to 100 stores spread over 3 brands
within 5 years (47 Domino’s 44 Cold Stone and 9 Pinkberry), doing that while achieving multiple awards.

From 1997 to 2006, he was the Managing Director of the famous Eko hotels and Suites in Lagos. He took
that dilapidated hotel and expanded it to more than 850 rooms with the largest convention center in
Africa, coupled with numerous specialty restaurants.

Antoine was a member of IHA (International Hotel Association) for over 20 years.

His education was primary in private school in Beirut Lebanon, where he got his High School Diploma,
then moved to Europe. He got his Diploma in Business Management / Major in Hotel Industry from
CERIA – Brussels Belgium; and had advanced Courses in Statistics, Université Paris-Dauphine, France.

Antoine is an American Citizen. He is married with 2 Children. He resides in Trumbull, Connecticut – USA.
